“The Historic Vogue Theatre of Manistee is a community driven revitalization project and as such it is respectfully suggested that respondents consider creative ways that these important functions and services can be provided in the most cost effective manner possible, including consideration of reduced or donated services where possible. In addition to the organizational and personal rewards associated with restoring a facility that is of critical importance to the quality of life and economic well-being of the region, there will also be suitable recognition provided during the course of the project and in perpetuity to Project donors. The Vogue Theatre Project will endure as an example of what can be done through civic and community engagement to restore and operate a service and source of entertainment that will stand as a legacy for all who become involved.”
